Sword Carolina (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy rights when you visit, use and submit information to (“Site”). We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices.


This Site is a general audience website directed at individuals 18 and older. Under no condition is this Site intended for use by an individual younger than 13 years of age as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. B. MODIFICATION OR REMOVAL OF INFORMATION. We do not maintain an online account you can access to modify the personal information you submit to us. You can, however, use the “contact” function on the Site to request we modify or remove your information. We reserve the right to refuse such requests.

C. PRIVACY MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES. If we modify or update this privacy policy, we will notify visitors by posting a notice on the Site and sending you an email message identifying the change. You may then choose whether to accept or reject said policy changes by continuing or discontinuing your use of the Site. Any change, update, or modification will be effective 30 days after we provide you notice.

Please note anything you share is viewable to the public unless you use appropriate privacy restrictions available on the third party sites on which you share the information. We do not share your personal information with any third parties other than vendors that assist us in providing and running the infrastructure of this Site including, but not limited to, our hosting company. Should your membership be canceled, your data will be retained for legal and accounting purposes, but shall not be viewable by other members or the public.
